Client Intake

Tell us about your business once.

Everything we need to build your website, set up your Google listing, and get your phone and text system approved.

Before you start Every question here is required — nothing optional, nothing padded. About 15 minutes in one sitting. Have a rough idea of your service area and your best few jobs in mind before you begin.
One rule Never enter passwords, your EIN or tax ID, bank or card numbers, or a Social Security number on this form. We don't store those anywhere. We handle the carrier registration for you — if we need your EIN for it, we'll ask you for it directly, never through this form.
01 Your business

The basics

This appears on your website and in Google, so it has to match your official records exactly.

Exactly as registered with the state, including LLC or Inc. Not the nickname on your truck — if this is wrong, text-message approval and payment processing get rejected later.

The number that goes on the website. Write it exactly how it should appear.

Where new leads and notifications go.

Shown on the site as your established year — one of the few trust signals we can use before you have reviews.

We only put these on the site if they're true. No license number needed here.

02 Where you work

Location and service area

This decides how your site is structured and how Google lists you. Take a second on the first one — it's the hardest to undo later.

Exactly as it appears on your Google listing. Even if it's your home and you'd rather it wasn't public — Google still needs it, and we'll keep it off the site.

Most important first, one per line. Be specific — these real town names go straight into your website copy and are a large part of how you show up in local searches.

03 What you sell

Services

Order matters. Whatever you list first carries the most weight on the page and in search.

One per line. Use the words your customers use, not industry jargon.

These get featured. Internal only — no dollar figures ever appear on the site.

Just as important. Stops us advertising work you don't want and saves you fielding the wrong calls.

We keep this off your website and out of your automated replies, so nobody holds you to a number you didn't give.

04 How you work

Your process

This becomes a section on your site telling customers what to expect. It's also what makes the page sound like you instead of a template.

Three steps is perfect. Plain language — how you'd explain it to a customer on the phone.

Be specific. "Quality work" tells us nothing — everyone says it. Things like "I show up when I say I will" or "I'm the only one around here who does stamped work" are what we can actually use.

05 Availability

Hours and leads

Used on your website, your Google listing, and to set the rules for the system that answers when you can't.

Write "closed" for days you don't work. These need to match your Google listing exactly.

06 Your work

Photos

The single biggest factor in how good your site looks. Your real photos carry the whole page — we don't use stock images of other people's work.

What makes a good one: the finished work, in daylight, shot straight on, nothing distracting in the background — no trucks, tools, trash cans, or port-a-johns in frame. Twelve strong photos beat thirty average ones. Phone photos are completely fine.

Describe the one you're proudest of. That photo becomes the large image at the top of your site, so we want to be sure we pick the right one.

Any industry — doesn't have to be your trade. Say what you like about each. This is the single fastest way for us to get the look right the first time instead of guessing and redoing it.

07 Web

Domain and Google

If you already own one, write it. If not, tell us what you'd like and we'll check what's available.

The listing that shows up in map results. For most local businesses it drives more calls than the website itself.

This becomes your main Google category — one of the strongest factors in which searches you appear for. e.g. "concrete contractor", "fence company", "barbershop".

08 Texting

Text message approval

Phone carriers require every business to be registered before it can send texts. This is the slowest approval in the whole process — often a couple of weeks — so we start it early.

Usually the owner. Name, job title, and their direct email and phone. Has to be a real person the carrier can verify.

Carriers require proof of consent. Just tell us how it actually happens — e.g. "they fill out the form on my site", "they text me first", "I ask on the phone".

Carriers want a real sample. Something like: "Hi [name], this is Dave from Dave's Concrete following up on your estimate request. Reply STOP to opt out."

Reminder We file this registration for you — there's nothing for you to submit. It also requires your EIN, so we'll ask you for that directly when we file. Do not type it on this form.
09 Automation

Your automated assistant

The system that answers calls and messages when you're on a job. It only knows what you tell us here.

And your usual answer to each. This is the most valuable thing on the form — it's what lets the assistant sound like you instead of a robot.
